Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If your item was already shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order. You would have to start a return process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the product came in defective, we will send you a new one or a 100% refund. No questions asked.

If you no longer want the product after receiving it, just email us and we will take care of you from there.


How do I start the return process?

First, email us at hello@nymphomind.com to request a refund and to return the item.

We will respond with the address where you would have to ship the item to, and we will refund you the order once it has been received and it is in good condition.

Please be aware that the shipping costs of the return have to be covered by you.
